I signed up with Globat and only realized afterwards that their setuyp fees are through the roof. Keep your eye out. Otherwise they seem pretty good for my 5 page business site.

I have been using Globat for 2 years. They moved my site to a new platform about 8 months ago and ever since things have been much smoother. My only quibble is that I am paying quite a bit more than what they are offering today (I believe all their hosting plans are $1.99/mo for the first year now). So if you signup with Globat wait until they have a really good deal.
