Host It Now Networks offers fairly reliable service the only problem is when something goes wrong they are clueless. Recently they had a scheduled maintenance that was supposed to last anywhere from 5 minutes to eight hours. After 48 hours I transferred my web site to another hosting provider.

Host It Now claims to have 24 hour technical support but when I attempted to reach them about the problem they would not answer their phone. They listed an emergency phone number so I tried that one but it was out of service. I used the online support ticket system and had a few tickets open with no replies. Finally 10 hours after I posted my first support ticket they replied to it.

They didnt have a clue what was wrong they quoted additional downtime 24 hours total now. But as I said before the downtime was over 48 hours with no real updates. I don’t know how much longer they were down because at this time I had already transferred my domain to another hosting provider.
